This later edition original Avalon poster featured the Grateful Dead for a three night run in October of 1968. This Wes Wilson black and white image is from the later days of Family Dog at the Avalon. The budget was small for producing posters by this point in the series and the promoter was only able to produce black and white images. This is the FINEST quality example of this issue we have ever offered!
When it comes to quality condition and state of preservation the CGC 10.0 numerical grade says far more than words could ever explain. The quality of this poster is very special and must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Of the many thousands of posters we have auctioned just a handful have earned the ultra rare and highly coveted "perfect 10" designation.
