Our first auction appearence for this issue! The band Slade formed in England and became one of the most successful bands during the glam-rock early seventies by having 3 hit singles on the charts at one time. This performance in Memphis was only the 6th show with their original drummer Don Powell after his return to the band following injuries from a serious car accident in July which took the life of his girlfriend. This rare original poster is in fabulous condition with only some light discoloration in the upper right corner keeping it from a higher grade. Mid-South posters from the 1970’s are super collectible and always receive much attention in our auctions.
