It's hard to believe but this example is tied for the FINEST CGC graded example of this issue to be offered in our auction! And clocking in at a 9.8 museum quality grade she's a beauty! BG-60 is an original Wes Wilson poster for a Howlin’ Wolf concert at the Fillmore in 1967. It is oversized and powerful in design. The artist gave the legendary Blues man a superfluous “ g” at the end of Howlin’ this speaks to how quickly the production of these posters were pushed on the artists by the promoter - apparently no time for fact finding! We have reported extensively that demand for CGC graded 9.8 material is insatiable. These opportunities won't last forever.
