It's with great pride we offer you this CGC Graded handbill for the FIRST TIME in our auction! San Andreas Fault designed this rare Family Dog original handbill for a run of shows at the Avalon featuring Kaleidoscope Magic Sam and Johnny Winter in 1968. Notice the presence of the bearded guru “Mister Natural” a Robert Crumb character which he introduced to the world a year prior in the design. However this was not drawn by Crumb but it soon became an often used icon for the late sixties in the “Keep on Truckin” posters and material. This was not the only instance of Crumb’s characters to be copied and used without his permission. The museum quality condition grade of 9.8 makes this lot shine in all its glory so don’t miss this opportunity to own a rare piece of history!
