It's hard to believe but this is the FIRST CGC graded example of this poster to be offered in our auction! And clocking in at a 9.8 grade she's a beauty! BG-60 is an original Wes Wilson poster for a Howlin’ Wolf concert at the Fillmore in 1967. It is oversized and powerful in design. The artist gave the legendary Blues man a superfluous “ g” at the end of Howlin’ this speaks to how quickly the production of these posters were pushed on the artists by the promoter - apparently no time for fact finding! This poster is seldom seen here at PAE and doesn't pass through our doors that often. Grab it now before it disappears!
