We are thrilled to finally offer this CGC authenticated and extremely hard to find original Grateful Dead handbill in our auction! This was made for a two day benefit festival called “Magic Music” to be held in Santa Cruz featuring the Dead Canned Heat and others. The shows never happened and most of the promotional products posters and handbills were destroyed. The unknown artist for this design was obviously inspired by the early Fillmore work done by Wes Wilson. The fine artwork iconic significance and scarcity allow a piece like this be a treasured collectible. Based on its condition alone this CGC graded original handbill is certain to grow significantly in value over the next few years. Very few copies exist today in ANY condition!
