A tin sign of a famous Grateful Dead image! Rick Griffin's Hawaiian Aoxomoxoa is one of most coveted desirable and expensive concert posters in the world. It was created for a concert by one of the greatest bands in the history of Rock n Roll. The Hawaii Aoxomoxoa was inspired by the artwork for the third Grateful Dead album. The image was created for a run of cancelled 1968 Dead shows in Honolulu Hawaii. This lot is an official tin sign made in San Rafael California by GDM Grateful Dead Merchandising. Made in 1996 it’s licensed as the 3rd printing of the Hawaii Aoxo and is extremely scarce now.
