Electric Circus- The Doors –Dry mounted /Not Graded

This beautiful Silkscreened poster for an alleged New York city Doors concert in 1969 is one of the nicest ever designed for the  iconic band . This poster is always in high demand by top collectors. The color scheme really make this poster come alive .  Additionally the print job is top shelf. 

Unfortunately this piece has been dry mounted and may have been trimmed  a bit as well.  Regardless very few copies of this poster remain in any state. Undamaged copies of this poster routinely sell for considerable five figure amounts. Here is a great piece to hang on your walls until the unlikely chance that an undamaged copy shows up for sale.

Update 12/11/12: This lot was  temorarily removed from this  auction  due to new information aquired about this poster. Various reliable sourses in the poster collecting world believe that this poster was not an actual concert poster.  Rather it is an commemorative  art print  that was believed to be produced in 1982  and sold to art and frame shops. This poster is still considered valuable and scarce and will be guarenteed as a  orignal first printing however it is not guaranteed as a authentic concert poster.
