In collectibles there is no more important than the #1 and the word "First"! The "First" of anything is always highly sought due to it's historical importance and this lot is no exception.

This incredible poster promotes the very FIRST perfomance of Herman's Hermits in the United States! It is also the very FIRST example of this poster we have ever offered at public auction. Due to the historical importance of this concert it was widely covered in the press that 2000 screaming girls forced an end to the concert after just two songs

You can read more about the show itself here here and here!

Do NOT bid on this lot without also reading our blog post dated 1/25/2010 discussing the incredible importance of FIRSTS in collectibles.

In adiditon to the incredible historical importance of this rare poster it must be mentioned that this poster has been preserved the past 53 years in immaculate condition. Just a tiny 1/8 tear keep this from perfection!

This is a very special opportunity to acquire a very special piece of rock and roll history!
