This amazingly scarce and obscure original concert poster was for a very early Matrix show that featured Chicago Blues Man Jr. Wells.. This poster is virtually unknown and likely the only known copy in existence. Victor Moscoso also did an advertisement for this show but we believe that that may have been a commemorative poster for his Neon Rose series. There are several examples where a venue produced multiple posters for the same event but it is unlikely that a club as small as the Matrix would have for this show. Regardless this poster is a very scare relic from 1966. This super thin poster is a silk screen and was printed on light translucent paper. There is a series of barely visible horizontal creases however the ink is intact throughout the whole piece. An amazing find!
