The Carousel Ballroom was a short lived experiment by the San Francisco bands(namely the Dead and Airplane) to run a venue of their own. As one might have imagined the venture was failure. The location was  then taken over by Bill Graham and reopened as the Fillmore West.

This unusual rendering by Stanley Mouse was for an open ended Tuesday Night Jam. Tuesday nights brought together whoever was available for an evening of improvisation at the Carousel.

This piece measures a large 13 11/16” x 21 1/16”. There are multiple fixed pinholes in the corners and the center of the top edge and minor creasing.

Note: The grade of this poster is a reflection of how the poster would have been graded before the work was done.
