After the Family Dog ended their tenure at the Avalon Ballroom a production company named Sound Proof Productions began hosting shows at the venue. Soundproof enlisted the talents of Rick Griffin for this poster art. This partnership left three incredible piece of Griffin artwork for collectors to acquire.

The most noteworthy was the famous Aoxomoxoa poster but there were two other wonderful Griffin sleepers this being one of them. This poster was for a performance by the Youngbloods. The posters borrows symbols that were repeatedly used in Griffins creations. The Hopi Indian Mask and The Flying Eye both make an appearance in this overlooked Griffin Poster.
