The Day on the Green was a reoccurring event hosted by Bill Graham at The Oakland Coliseum Stadium and featured many high profile acts over the Years. The October 1976 show had to be one of the best ever with the Dead opening for the Who! This poster was designed by Phillip Garris; he also created the art for the Grateful Dead Album "Blues for Allah".
