The Kinks were amongst the British Invasion's most influential and entertaining groups. The melodic output of the Davies brothers is still relevant today. Their chart-topping hit "You Really Got Me" propelled them to great heights in a short time in 1964. This original cardboard poster from 6 years later advertises the band appearing at the Atlanta Sports Arena on Sunday February 22nd, 1970. Unfortunately the concert was cancelled the day before because the band's drummer, Mick Avory, contracted hepatitis. This super rare, first printing cardboard poster is 100% Original with no restoration!
Condition Details: cardboard, corner bump top right, creasing bottom right.
