This poster is signed and doodled in pencil by the artist EMEK!
Here we have a colorful original poster by EMEK promoting a Phish concert in late 1995. Contemporary artist EMEK designed his very first poster commission about 3 years prior. This Cleveland State poster for Vermont’s Phish was produced right before his career really began to launch with poster designs for Pearl Jam, The Beastie Boys and Tool.
Phish's music spans multiple genres, including rock, jazz, funk, bluegrass, and progressive rock, often within a single performance. They are renowned for their live shows, characterized by lengthy improvisational jams, unique setlists, and a strong sense of community among their fans - who happen to love posters as well! Small original runs of signed material will always be one of the major keys to the kingdom in the world of collecting rare trophies.
Condition Details: Handling upper left, nicks left edge.
