This wildly rare 1969 poster was designed for Gandalf's Garden, an underground magazine and mystic community shop based in London in the late 1960s. An important piece of the London counterculture hippie movement, Gandalf's Garden was invested in mystical practices as well as meditation and psychedelics. The magazine ran for six issues from 1968 to 1969. This poster reads "Gandalf's Garden is a crack in the cosmic egg", atop an image of a hand emerging from an egg. This is an extremely unique item that points to a different part of the 1960s counterculture that we do not often find vintage posters from. Don't overlook it!

Condition Details: Very thin paper. Minor paper loss bottom left corner, tiny stain, crease
