This original handbill is a rare bird. Country Joe and the Fish along with The Grateful Dead took the stage at The Shrine Hall in Los Angeles for 2 nights at the end of December 1968. Concerts at the Shrine were LA's major contribution to the sixties live music scene and featured all of the top performers of the day all in big-time Hollywood style at the 500+ seat venue. Rarely surfacing at public auction for collectors, this original first printing handbill is certainly not one to be overlooked.
Condition: Creases from being folded into 1/4s, tape pull, tape on reverse, tiny pinholes.
