This original promotional poster was distributed by Elektra Records for the U.S. release of Queen's 1974 album, Sheer Heart Attack. This was the band's third studio album, the first to rank in the top 20 in the U.S. on the Billboard charts. The album's lead single, "Killer Queen", has gone on to become one of the band's most iconic tracks.
