This flyer announced the great Sly & The Family Stone appearing at University Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia, on September 27th, 1969. This was the year that the legendary funk/soul band released their fourth studio album, Stand, which featured hit tracks such as "I Want to Take You Higher" and "Sing a Simple Song". We've never seen this flyer before in our auction!
