This super rare, vintage original jazz poster announced Lionel Hampton & His Swingin' Dance Band appearing at The Piper Club in Rome, Italy during 1968. Hampton was a popular jazz vibraphonist, percussionist, and bandleader. He worked with jazz musicians from Teddy Wilson, Benny Goodman, and Buddy Rich to Charlie Parker, Charles Mingus, and Quincy Jones.
Condition: tape on reverse, creases paper loss bottom edge.
