This poster was designed for The Charlatans UK (not to be confused with The Charlatans from the U.S. that often appear on psychedelic posters!) playing two shows in California in February 1991. The band played one night at Montezuma Hall in San Diego, and one at the Ackerman Ballroom in Los Angeles. The late Frank Kozik started gaining popularity for designing posters around the Austin area in the late 80s and early 90s. His abilities grew, and he has since become a member of the Stuckism art movement. His vast collection of beautiful work includes bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, and Stone Temple Pilots.
