Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels were a popular rock group in the mid-to-late sixties, and they recorded several hit records for labels DynoVoice Records and New Voice, most notably the classics "Devil with a Blue Dress On," "Sock It to Me Baby!" and "Jenny Take a Ride!" Years later, performers like Bruce Springsteen would often work covers of these classic Mitch Ryder hits into his encore medleys.
