This original program was produced for the 1955 Newport Jazz Festival, held in Newport, Rhode Island, for four days in mid-July. This was just the SECOND ANNUAL installment of the Festival, which continues to be held to this day! The festival lineup included legendary jazz performers such as Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, Max Roach, Louis Armstrong, and many more. A unique item we've never offered in our auction before!
