This extremely rare original poster was created for The Who and the Junior Walker All-Stars appearing at the Saville Theatre in London in October 1967. It featured artwork by Hapshash and the Coloured Coat, whose creations are arguably among the most attractive concert posters ever made. This is issue OAS4 from the legendary Osiris Visions Series. It was produced in two variants, copper-colored and an orange version, like this one. Both were printed before the concerts.
These LARGE silk-screened posters were produced in the UK by the Osiris Visions Printing Company. They were printed on thin paper, and because of their size, the posters are easily damaged. Hapshash posters have been widely pirated, and we've only offered a handful of originals over the years, making this an extremely special lot!
