This original poster was produced for Bootsy's Rubber Band Show appearance at the Market Square Arena in Indianapolis on April 12th, 1978. This is the first time it has appeared in our auction! Bootsy’s Rubber Band is the iconic funk side project formed in 1976 by legendary bassist and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, William "Bootsy" Collins. Spun off from his work with Parliament-Funkadelic, the band defined the 1970s P-Funk sound with their theatrical performances and space-bass grooves.
