Original copies of Rick Griffin's Hawaiian Aoxomoxoa is one of most coveted desirable and expensive concert posters in the world.

The reprint offered here offers the opportunity to own this treasure at an affordable price. This poster has it all incredible color design and one of the best examples of the artist's signature lettering style. It was created for a concert by one of the greatest bands in the history of Rock n Roll and it's incredibly scarce.

The Hawaii Aoxomoxoa was inspired by the artwork for the third Grateful Dead album. This poster was created for a run of cancelled 1969 Dead shows in Honolulu Hawaii. As the legend goes the printer did not get paid by the promoter and destroyed all but a handful of copies.

The original of the poster is one of the most valuable posters of all. This colorful official Reprint is a great piece to hang and own while you're saving for a First Print.

This is just the second CGC graded example to appear at auction. a 9.8 was auctioned by us earliuer this year for $1737. This 9.4 looks very similiar quality wise.
