This rare flyer announced The Byrds appearing at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on August 26th, 1965. This show was billed as the "Byrds Ball" and took place during the height of the band's early success in 1965, shortly after the release of their seminal folk-rock hit records Mr. Tambourine Man and Turn! Turn! Turn!, both released that same year. The Byrds were true innovators and provided the breeding ground for 1960s folk-rock/country-rock luminaries such as David Crosby and Roger McGuinn. It is unlikely we will come across another example of this rare artifact anytime soon - if ever - bid accordingly!
