This poster was produced for a 1970 art exhibition titled "Visionary Graphics," featuring the collaborative work of artists Wilfried Satty and David Singer. The exhibition took place from April 17 to June 1 at "The Poster" in Los Angeles. Satty was a well-known 1960s designer, well known for illustrating the works of Edgar Allen Poe and Bram Stoker's Dracula. The work of Fillmore poster artist David Singer is a sub-genre of poster art in itself. Singer's output was the largest of any single Fillmore poster creator. The artist's photo collage style sometimes gets overlooked initially, as it is not as obvious as some of his predecessors' art. However, as collectors dig in a bit, they discover the great depth, beauty, and symbolism in Singer's body of work.
