This poster announced an evening with Arlo Guthrie at Seattle's Paramount Northwest Theatre on April 28th, 1972. Much like his father, Woody, Arlo Guthrie wrote & played songs of protest against social injustice and storytelling while performing. Arlo's most famous song, "Alice's Restaurant," has since become a modern-day national Thanksgiving anthem. As legendary as they come, he's still presently a strong political figure.

Material from the Pacific Northwest is always considered special by collectors. They often tell a story all their own and have a different vibe than pieces from other parts of the country. Posters like this are highly collectible and are notably representative of the music-loving culture that produced them.
