This poster was produced for events at the Famous Ballroom in Baltimore, Maryland, in the Winter and Spring of 1976, presented by the Left Bank Jazz Society. Many jazz legends graced the stage during this time, including Duke Ellington, Sonny Fortune, and Dizzy Gillespie. The Left Bank Jazz Society hosted regular Sunday jazz shows at the Famous Ballroom from the mid 1960s until the early 1980s. They recorded hundreds of tapes throughout the 1960s and 70s, many of which were released in 2000.
