This poster announced "A Weekend With Ram Dass" at the Portland Art Museum in April 1993. Ram Dass was an important spiritual guru and author of the seminal work "Be Here Now". The research he did with Timothy Leary at Harvard surrounding psychedelic drugs in the 1960s helped solidify his place as an important countercultural figure. He is credited with helping popularize Eastern spirituality in the West.
