This vintage, original screenprint poster showcases Spirit appearing at the Morris Civic Auditorium in South Bend during 1972. Spirit, which guitarist Randy California headed, started in the late sixties. By this time, they had transitioned from a pure psychedelic band to a much more eclectic sound. Guitarist Steve Welkom's band Floating Opera was heavily blues rock-oriented and had just released their debut album the year prior.
