Conklin is well known for having designed some of the most recognizable posters in the Fillmore series. Using his vibrant and intricate psychedelic art style, Conklin is perhaps best known for the iconic album cover for Santana's debut album, which was originally designed as art for the BG-134 poster. This piece was produced by Conklin in 2009.
