The James Gang was an American rock band that emerged in the late 1960s and gained popularity in the early 1970s. They are perhaps best known for their guitarist Joe Walsh, who joined the band in 1968 and later achieved fame as a solo artist and as a member of the Eagles. This poster announced their appearance at the William Paterson College of New Jersey on March 10th, 1973. The date and venue details are filled in by hand along the bottom of the poster.
