This is just the third example of this Type A Original Goose Lake International Music Festival Handbill to appear in our auction! The event took place August 9th through 11th, 1970, at Goose Lake Park in Jackson, Michigan. The Grande's Russ Gibb was involved with the festival production; however, his name did not appear on the posters or handbills advertising the bands & lineup - with the exception of the event program. The entertainment bill was extensive, including big names like Alice Cooper, James Gang, Mountain, The Stooges, Joe Cocker, Jethro Tull, Ten Years After, Chicago, and many more.
