Gary Grimshaw was an influential American graphic artist and poster designer who made a significant impact on the counterculture and rock music scene during the 1960s and beyond. He was closely associated with the Detroit music scene and was responsible for creating posters for legendary bands and artists, such as The MC5, The Stooges, and the Grateful Dead. This Grimshaw handbill promoted Bo Diddley, Brownsville Station, and Ormandy at The Palladium in Birmingham, Michigan, on July 10th, 1970.
