This rare issue was produced for "The 1966 Galaxie of Stars," held at The Biloxi Municipal Stadium in Biloxi, Mississippi on July 1st, 1966. The event was headlined by John Sebastian's The Lovin' Spoonful. His solo career took off a few years later with his amazing impromptu solo appearance at the 1969 Woodstock Festival. Other performers included Lou Christie and Roy Head. The Lovin' Spoonful's initial career was relatively short-lived, but they were incredibly influential to many of the rock acts that came out of the 1960s. This is the first time this poster is appearing in our auction!
