This rare handbill announced the Harmony Benefit, an event held at San Francisco's Cow Palace on July 12th, 1968. The lineup featured Iron Butterfly, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Vanilla Fudge, Canned Heat, Kai Moore, Sweet Rush, West, Sandy Bull, and Wedge. This was one of Creedence Clearwater Revival's first major shows. Though the musicians had played together for years, they had only landed on the name Creedence Clearwater Revival earlier that year. Songs by Creedence Clearwater Revival became some of the most memorable and catchy tunes of the era.
