This summer concert calendar was produced for shows at the Alan B Shepard Civic Center in Virginia Beach during 1963. The summer lineup was impressive with big names like The Highwaymen, Peter Paul & Mary, Jazz Night Featuring Dizzy Gillespie and the Dukes of Dixieland, and of course, the one and only Ray Charles! His legacy is celebrated across the globe as one of the most important musicians of our time. Finding Ray Charles material from the early ’60s is extremely difficult in ANY condition. This unearthed treasure retains all of its historic significance! Original cardboard posters are super popular and remain one of the most highly sought-after types of concert memorabilia ever known.
