This New Riders of the Purple Sage concert poster is a collector's favorite. The Armadillo World Headquarters opened in Austin, Texas, just after the closing of the Vulcan Gas Company. It became the premier venue in that musically rich city from 1970-1980. This legendary club offered an incredibly eclectic range of performers in its 10-year tenure. The posters from these shows represent one of the greatest collections of poster art available anywhere.
