This poster announced the great Miles Davis appearing at Keystone Korner in San Francisco on April 16th, 1974. From Kind of Blue to Bitches Brew, Davis would gain new ground during each decade and the 1970s were no different. He released ten albums during the decade. Keystone Korner was a jazz club in San Francisco from 1969 until 1983. Countless jazz legends appeared on its stage including Miles Davis, McCoy Tyner, Bill Evans, Sonny Rollins, and Stan Getz. Notably, Jerry Garcia and Merl Saunders played there together in 1971.
