Here is an offering by one of the less famous, but equally talented poster artists of the San Francisco scene, Greg Irons. Irons, who produced a significant body of poster art was equally known for his stellar work as an underground comix creator. Before his early tragic death, Greg Irons produced some of the most interesting and comical posters of the genre. Additionally, later in his career, he spent his energy studying and creating amazing tattoo art. This original poster was produced in 1978 for appearances by The Turk Murphy Jazz Band at the The Embarcadero in San Francisco.
Condition Details: Paper loss, tears, tape residue, stains.
