Buffalo Springfield was the launching pad for the careers of Neil Young and Stephen Stills. This uncommon, vintage original poster by artist Robert Park announced the band's two-night run at The 3rd Eye in Redondo Beach, California in October 1966. This was EXTREMELY early in the band's career, as they had only begun to play live shows a few months earlier. The Turtles and Everpresent Fullness were also in the lineup.
Notably, this show was the GRAND OPENING of The 3rd Eye! The 3rd Eye was one of the very earliest clubs to showcase early folk-rock & Psych bands, including some of the earliest performances of Buffalo Springfield. The tiny, southern California club had an amazing psychedelic mural on the outside.
