This RARE Jefferson Airplane original concert poster was produced for the band's appearance at Hi Corbett Field in Tuscon, Arizona on July 5th, 1968. The band had achieved a commercial breakthrough with their release "Surrealistic Pillow" the previous year, and their music began to consist of longer, more experimental psychedelic compositions. They released their third LP, "After Bathing at Baxter's" in December of 1967, and their fourth LP, "Crown of Creation", just two months after this Tuscon show, the latter of which enjoyed commercial success. This scarce poster will likely NOT be made available at public auction again anytime soon!
