Produced as a commission for a remote control Model company, this hand-drawn Go Go GTO monster design was created by Mouse during the early 1960s. Before his migration to San Francisco in 1965 where he was to become one of the great psychedelic concert poster artists, Stanley Mouse was an auto pin-striper in Michigan. A disciple of Ed Roth, Mouse was deeply emersed in the car show circuit. This ink drawing gives insight into the early work of this beloved artist. Mouse originals from this period are super rare and seldom become available. Original art is incredibly rare and valuable, as pieces like this are generally traded privately and seldom come up for public offering. This is a ONE OF A KIND item!
