Blood Sweat & Tears was a late ‘60s Jazz /Rock band that was originally formed by Al Kooper of The Blue Project. . Kooper left the band in March of 1968 just a month after the release of the Bands first album. After Kooper left the band went on to become a top 40 hit machine with the addition of Canadian singer David Clayton Thomas.
