This rare poster advertised Grand Funk Railroad playing at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago on July 10th, 1970. They were joined by Litter, Brian Auger & the Trinity, and Four Days & a Night. The design was created by artist Al Shamie. This was during Grand Funk Railroad's power-trio era featuring Mark Farner, Mel Schacher on bass, and Don Brewer on drums. A year later Grand Funk Railroad added Craig Frost on keyboards full-time. This arena-rock band toured extensively during the early seventies and played in packed venues worldwide.Very few of these original posters remain today!
Condition Details: Faded, paper loss top left and right corners, pinholes, creases, stains.
