This original promotional poster was distributed by Elektra Records in 1968 for the release of The Doors' single, "The Unknown Soldier". The song was the lead single off the band's third studio album, "Waiting for the Sun", released in July of that year, and was the band's fourth song to chart in the top 40. The poster features a classic image of Jim Morrison from a photograph by Joel Brodsky.
