This RARE original poster announced the legendary Cream and Electric Flag playing at the Robertson Gym at the University of California Santa Barbara on May 24th, 1968. The artwork was created by Chuck Miller and is featured in The Art of Rock book. This design is drop-dead gorgeous and was printed with fantastic silver ink! Eric Clapton's Cream was by far one of the most dynamic and influential power trios of the era. Having formed in 1966, the band met with critical acclaim. However, after a couple of years of heavy touring, the band was strained by internal conflict between Baker and Bruce. They would close down shop by the end of 1968.
You could wait a very long time before this opportunity presents itself again. This is only the SECOND example of this difficult to find original poster we have ever offered!
Condition Details: tackholes, creases.
