We are pleased to offer this very scarce, HIGH QUALITY CONDITION early original handbill to the collecting community featuring the early Floyd and early Hendrix! There are no icons more sought after and desirable in this hobby than Jim Hendrix and Pink Floyd. This very special 1967 first printing handbill from the Empire Theatre in Liverpool, Lancashire features them both! It's important to note that this is early Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd, before the addition of David Gilmour and Barrett's departure. It is rumored that Gilmour was in the audience at this show.

In late 1967 these two rock and roll legends joined forces for a very short tour of Scotland and England. Hendrix had already made waves in the United States at the Monterey Pop Festival. Within a very short time he went from an opening act in early 1967 to a headliner in late 1967. The tour made its way through most of Europe, ending at Green's Playhouse in Scotland on December 5th. Almost overnight, Hendrix exploded in popularity from playing small theaters to larger venues like Sheffield City Hall and Royal Albert Hall.
